Our Services
We provide individual property care for holiday homes, second homes, apartments, houses, villas, and additional assets such as campers or vehicles. The scope of service is agreed individually, depending on the property, distance, type of use, and required level of care.
Property Checks & Key Holding
Regular indoor and outdoor property checks, ventilation, visual humidity checks, inspection of doors, windows, shutters, access points, electricity, lighting, air conditioning and heating for visible irregularities, mailbox emptying, photo documentation and visit reports.
Pre-Arrival Preparation & Post-Departure Checks
Preparation of the property before owner or guest arrival, inspection of basic supplies, key provision, post-departure visual checks, reporting of missing or damaged items, and coordination of cleaning and laundry services.
Guest & Check-in Service
Personal key handover, check-in and check-out support, guest communication by agreement, waiting time in case of delayed arrival, and support in the event of lost keys.
Cleaning & Laundry
Standard cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, cleaning of outdoor areas, laundry change, bed preparation, laundry service coordination and quality checks after cleaning.
Garden, Plants & Outdoor Areas
Plant care, watering by agreement, visual checks of gardens, terraces and balconies, inspection of garden furniture, coordination of external gardening services, and reporting of visible damage or pest infestation.
Pool & Technical Outdoor Facilities
Visual checks of the pool, water level, visible water quality, pool cover and pool area, coordination of external pool maintenance, and inspection of outdoor lighting, gates, driveways and external access points.
Mail, Deliveries & Shopping
Mailbox emptying, notification of important mail, parcel acceptance, coordination of deliveries, attendance at delivery appointments, and shopping for consumables by prior agreement.
Tradespeople, Maintenance & Repair Coordination
Documentation of visible defects, contact with qualified tradespeople and service providers, appointment coordination, access arrangement, attendance at repair or maintenance appointments, photo documentation, and visual checks of completed work.
Administration & Owner Representation
Contact with property management, the community of owners, utility providers and service providers, attendance at owners’ meetings with written authorisation, appointment coordination and on-site organisational support.
Emergency & Special Services
Short-notice property visits subject to availability, checks after storms, heavy rain, water damage, burglary, power failure or key loss, emergency coordination and attendance during urgent repairs.
Camper, Vehicle & Additional Asset Care
Visual checks of campers, motorhomes, vehicles or parking spaces, ventilation by agreement, and coordination of cleaning, garage appointments and handovers.
Transfers & Guest Services
Coordination of local transfers as well as airport or train station transfers, subject to availability and legal permissibility.
